Works halted as new windows breach planning

New windows put in on a Preston city centre building will have to be replaced.

The former Past Times store on the corner of Fishergate and Glovers Court saw work take place in recent weeks.

But eagle-eyed Prestonians reported the work to Preston City Council saying it was not in keeping with the designs approved.

Ella Lucia, from the Preserving Preston's Heritage campaign group, made the report to the city council's planning department.
