Tokyo Bay spearheads Burke's double bid

This season’s Sky Bet Sunday Series kicks off at Musselburgh and Karl Burke could have a good day, led by Tokyo Bay.

The four-year-old is having his first outing since a wind operation in the Sky Bet Extra Places Handicap.

It is not difficult to forgive him his last outing at Ripon on heavy ground, when he was almost pulled up.

That was his first run over two miles and it was in testing ground, but as he had won at the same track over a mile and a half when the mud was flying earlier in the season, conditions were expected to suit.
