Artificial intelligence (AI) is set to transform government services, eliminating the need for traditional websites and mobile apps.
By enabling voice-powered interactions, AI will simplify complex tasks like renewing a driving licence, making them more seamless and efficient. This shift promises to reduce bureaucracy, improve service delivery and provide citizens with a more personalised experience.
Mohamed Bin Taliah, chief of Government Services, Government of UAE, during his session at the World Government Summit, said he envisions a future where citizens will communicate directly with the government through voice commands. Complex tasks like renewing a driving license or applying for a house will be made effortless.
