A Filipino Migrant Workers Office (MWO) staff in Bahrain had been recalled to Manila after displaying rude behaviour against distressed compatriots.
Department of Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac last week welcomed Filipinos who were stranded in the UAE.
