Police Arrest 3 Drug Peddlers In Bla, Kulgam

Continuing its efforts to eradicate the menace of drugs from society, Police on Thursday said to have arrested three drug peddlers in Baramulla & Kulgam and recovered a substantial quantity of contraband substances from their possession.
A Police party of Police Post Mirgund at a checkpoint established at Check Raza Khan intercepted a vehicle (Alto) bearing registration number JKO1V-3940 with two persons on board, a police spokesman said in a statement.
They have been identified as Parvaiz Ahmad Shah son of Abdul Ahad Shah resident of Lolab Kupwara A/P Rambailgarh, Khushboo Jan daughter of Bashir Ahmad Parray resident of Rambailgarh.
