JAMMU: In a major push towards asset monetisation and non-fare revenue generation, the Jammu Division of Northern Railway has successfully completed a record-breaking mega e-auction for multipurpose stalls across key stations in the region.
The auction, held under the supervision of Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Uchit Singhal, drew strong participation from bidders and resulted in the allotment of several high-value stalls at prominent railway stations. Officials said the outcome marks a significant stride in enhancing passenger amenities while simultaneously boosting local economic activity.
