ALC Launches Campaign on New Labour Codes, SSSs

To empower the local workforce and ensure strict adherence to statutory compliances, the Assistant Labour Commissioner (ALC) Srinagar inaugurated a ten-day district-wide awareness programme on new Labour Codes and Social Security Schemes (SSS).
The campaign was launched at the Industrial Estate Khanmoh, which was attended by HR professionals, employers, and industrial workers, to discuss the evolving landscape of labour rights and employer responsibilities.
