THE Chase's Irish star Darragh Ennis has revealed that Guinness is one of his go-to tricks which help him remember as much knowledge as possible.

The Dubliner and professional quizzer opened up about his technique on The Anman Podcast With Dylan And Darragh, where he revealed it's all down to word association.

When asked how he manages to remember so much information, he said: "I'm naturally good at it, stuff kind of sticks in my mind. But I also work at it.

"Everyone can learn to remember things better to a greater or lesser extent. You're limited by talent, but most people don't try to remember stuff."
