'Onus should be on BAM to explain delay'

HEALTH Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill has said the onus should be on BAM to explain any further delays to the timeline for the facility.

The project had an original completion date of August 2022 but has faced a series of delays and costs have ballooned from a planned €650million to an expected €2.2billion.
