Wonder Wilson's a Cottage cracker but his future's up in air... along with boss Silva

- BY PAUL BROWN

IF you were Harry Wilson, would you sign a new contract with Fulham?

The club are on the up, and Wilson's stoppage-time winner against Brighton had them dreaming of European football again.

But manager Marco Silva has yet to pledge his own future to Fulham despite being offered a new deal back in November.

Both men are out of contract this summer and a priority for those in charge at Craven Cottage.

Wilson has eight goals in 22 league games this season and has four assists to boot.

But he is wanted by Aston Villa, Crystal Palace, Everton' and Leeds, and Silva admits holding on to him will be a challenge.

Silva said: “When a player goes to the end of his contract, this kind of thing is going to happen.

“He's happy in our football club and it's up to the club to do the maximum they can to keep him.
