RICHARD Satchwell is one of Ireland's most devious and disgusting killers.

For more than seven years he painted himself as the grieving husband of a missing woman who begged to come home to him.

Yet all the while he knew he had murdered her - most likely in a violent fashion - and then buried her under the stairs of their home.

He lied to the gardai and media on numerous occasions.
