Russia hits apartment blocks and power gear

RUSSIAN drones blasted apartment buildings and energy infrastructure in an overnight attack, Ukrainian officials say.

They say the bombardment on the southern city of Odesa injured six people, including a toddler and two other children.

Four apartment buildings were damaged, said regional military administration head Oleh Kiper.

And power company DTEK said two of its energy facilities suffered significant damage.
