I dumped lover, now I fear she'll blow up marriage

Irish Daily Mirror

I'm a man in my 30s and married with an 18-month-old son. A few months ago, I started talking to a woman I met at the station on my commute into work. We began sitting together on the train in the mornings, which made the journey more fun and interesting.

However, regrettably, it turned into a short-lived affair and we slept together several times. I still feel guilty when I think of the lies I told my wife about having to work late.

Long story short, I buckled under the stress and guilt, and ended the affair, as nicely as I could. I thought that would be it, but this woman is bombarding me with angry messages, claiming I used her and then dumped her.
