Boss says Furuhashi is doing everything but score
CHRIS DAVIES has told summer arrival Kyogo Furuhashi to keep at it as he searches for a first Championship goal.
Kyogo, one of a dozen signings made by Birmingham in the window, could not convert three early chances in a narrow win over Oxford.
But manager Davies, whose side stretched their unbeaten league run at home to 27 games, senses no reason to be concerned and is confident that the Japan striker's confidence will not be dented.
And with Kyogo, who has scored in the Carabao Cup, commanding close attention from defenders, Davies believes other members of Blues' attack are being given more freedom to shine - not least Demarai Gray.
