MICHAEL CONLAN praised Dalton Smith's triumph over Subriel Matias as “one of the best nights I've experienced in boxing” following his mate's world title success at the weekend.
The Sheffield boxer secured the WBC light-welterweight crown with a fifth-round stoppage of Matias in Brooklyn on Saturday and Conlan (inset) made the trip to New York to support his friend from ringside.
