Top local talent taking to stage at free music event
Hull Daily Mail
|June 11, 2025
TRINITY Live is back for its sixth year and it is a popular free music event which presents top local talent in the Trinity Indoor Market.
It returned last Thursday and with a fantastic line-up of performers promised, the market is the place to go to kick-off the weekend early in style.
Continuing the series of free entertainment around the Hull City Centre, tomorrow night the organisers of Trinity Live, which is held at the Trinity Market in Hull, have an evening of live entertainment for all to enjoy.
Tomorrow's proceedings start with singer-songwriter Tony Beacock. Next on the bill are the ever-popular Arkut Brothers, who I first met when they sang for us in The Hull Daily Mail Star Search competition some years ago. Ben and Sam Arkut are now established and familiar faces on the Hull music scene and have been making a name for themselves both with appearances at some prestigious festivals and delivering vibrant sets of covers and original material. Singer-songwriter Emily River-Thompson will bring proceedings to a close.
The season will continue with more free live music every Thursday through to December, with the market's fantastic food and drink stalls staying open for the show.
Trinity Live sessions will run from 6pm to 9pm every Thursday, with the last show taking place on December 18.
Details of the Trinity Live schedules for the rest of the year will be announced once acts are confirmed.
Mark Page, of Sesh Events, said: “We're delighted at Sesh Events to have been asked back to curate and host Trinity Live once again.
