TEMPTING OFFERS MAY BE 'TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE'

- By DEBORAH HALL

BLACK Friday sales are fast approaching with Cyber Monday following hot on their heels.

The dates fall this year on Friday, November 28 and Monday, December 1 - which will see retailers offering tempting discounts on a variety of products.

While Black Friday is traditionally known for long queues at shops on the high street, many sales have moved online with businesses offering Black Friday promotions throughout November, as well as on the day itself.

In preparation for these discounts, and the expected Cyber Monday promotion to follow, Humberside Police has set out to remind the public about potential fraud online.
