Palmer succumbs to injury after international duty stint

KASEY Palmer has become the latest Hull City player to succumb to an injury which could rule him out until the New Year, in what will come as a blow to the Jamaican.
Palmer returned from international duty at the end of last week, and it's emerged the 28-year-old has suffered a knee ligament injury, which may see him sidelined for the next eight to 10 weeks.
The news will come as a hammer blow to Palmer, who had hoped to get back into the City squad at Birmingham City on Saturday after being left out in dramatic fashion against Sheffield United before the international break.
