New 20mph zones now in place in Hull's Old Town

SIGNAGE HAS BEEN PLACED
A NEW 20mph zone has come into force in Hull's Old Town. The changes are a part of Hull City Council's wider safety improvement scheme for Lowgate.
New signs have been erected for the speed restrictions which came into force on Monday, September 15. It is hoped the new restrictions will reduce the risk of accidents near Hull College and the retail and entertainment venues located between George Street and the A63 Castle Street.
