HOLDEN GETS CITY ROLE
DEAN Holden has spoken of his delight after being appointed Hull City’s assistant head coach.
The 45-year-old recently served as assistant manager at Turkish team Adana Demirspor following a stint under Steven Gerrard at Saudi Arabian side Al-Ettifaq.
Salford-born Holden boasts a wealth of experience, having held coaching roles at several clubs.
He has also managed 89 matches across spells with Bristol City and Charlton Athletic.
Holden also had spells as care-taker manager at Oldham Athletic and Stoke City.
