Green: I'm waiting to see if I'll be three

Australia all-rounder Cameron Green is being made to wait to find out whether he will be pressed into action at number three against England.

Green has pushed up the order four times this year, averaging just 23.50 along the way and making nought and four in the World Test Championship final defeat to South Africa.

He still looks likely to drop back down to number six in Friday's first Ashes Test but injuries to frontline seamers Pat Cummins and Josh Hazlewood have opened the door to a change of heart.
