New ministers inspect road projects, CM takes reports

CM Rekha Gupta said she met officials of PWD on Friday and took detailed reports about the ongoing work. "A meeting of officials associated with the PWD department was held to improve the infrastructure of Delhi. I discussed in detail all the issues related to dug up roads, dilapidated roads and traffic of Delhi and gave necessary guidelines to the concerned officials," Gupta posted on X along with photos of the meeting.

The party in its manifesto released before the assembly elections had said that the BJP government would initiate an infrastructure overhaul scheme to focus on roads, flyovers and foot overbridges, and would ensure timely completion of all ongoing projects to alleviate traffic issues.
