Over 502.5 million (98.54%) of the 509.7 million electors in nine states and three Union territories have received enumeration forms under the ongoing special intensive revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls, the Election Commission said on Tuesday.

Phase two of SIR exercise began on November 4 and will continue till December 4.
