The capital continued to reel under a sharp morning chill on Monday as the minimum temperature dipped to 8.7°C — 4'C below normal and the lowest November reading since 2022, when it touched 8.3°C.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said the minimum is likely to hover between 9°Cand II’C till Thursday.
