Charlize Theron recently recalled an unsettling experience, when a male director made an inappropriate advance at her and explained why she chooses not to name him.

The 49-year-old actor said she was asked to go to a director's house for an audition. He allegedly answered the door in his pyjamas and put his hand on her knee, at which point she left.
