The New Year is here, and while every beginning may look different, one thing remains constant: setting goals. But goal-setting today goes beyond writing wishes or pasting pictures. It’s about creating a visual language, by using images, doodles, quotes, and prompts that reflect intention. What once existed as physical collages made out of cuttings in the early 2000s has now evolved into curated digital vision boards, often guided by experts who also conduct
