The Centre has appointed senior IAS officer Puneet Kumar Goel as the new chief secretary of Manipur, according to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).
Goel will replace Prashant Kumar, who was appointed as the secretary of the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes
