'Over 4,700 spl trains to run for festive season'

The Northern Railway has announced that it is operating over 4,700 special train trips to manage the massive rush of passengers travelling to their hometowns in Bihar, UP, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha for Diwali and Chhath.

The 4,718 special trips, will continue till November 30, also catering to the expected surge of travellers heading to Bihar for the upcoming state elections.

Top shooters opt for personal coaching
The National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) gave shooters this choice at the start of the season, allowing flexibility to plan their training in a busy year. Those to opt out include 10m pistol world champion Samrat Rana, World Championships medallists Anish Bhanwala (rapid fire), Elavenil Valarivan (air rifle), Esha Singh (air pistol) and 2022 air rifle world champion, Rudrankksh Patil.
