RUDRAPUR: The district administration in Udham Singh Nagar has started destroying the paddy nurseries that were planted by the farmers after April 1, in violation of an official ban, the district magistrate said on Monday. The preparation of nurseries and transplantation of paddy saplings has been prohibited in the district until June 1.
