Counsel of the Petitioner Said the Nainital Municipality Filed a Counter Affidavit That the Demolition Notice Issued Against the House of the Petitioner Has Been Withdrawn.
DEHRADUN: Uttarakhand high court on Tuesday directed Nainital police to review the process of investigation in the Nainital minor's rape case on a weekly basis and submit the action taken report before the court on the next date of hearing on August 5.
The division bench of chief justice G Narender and justice Alok Mahra heard the petition filed by Husan Begum, wife of the rape accused Mohammad Usman.
