Slamming the Centre for sending out parliamentarians on a foreign mission to expose Pakistan while the perpetrators of the Pahalgam terror attack are yet to be arrested, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh on Thursday said "while the MPs are roaming around, the terrorists are roaming around too."
