The vice chancellor (VC) of a Ludhiana-based private university resigned on Tuesday after Kashmiri students accused him of hurling abuses during an argument over meal arrangements for Ramzan, said officials.
“The vice chancellor has resigned from his post,” said dean students’ welfare, CT university, Davinder Singh.
