The Delhi high court on Thursday quashed the Union government's decision to suspend business dealings with Defsys Solutions Private Limited, a firm involved in supplying defence equipment to the armed forces, over its alleged role in the AgustaWestland VVIP chopper case, describing the move as a “gross abuse of process”.
