CLIP SHOWS MAN URINATING NEAR DARBHANGA AIRPORT RUNWAY

A video clip, purportedly from Darbhanga airport, which appears to have been recorded from the cockpit of an aircraft and shows an elderly man clad in dhoti and kurta squatting and urinating beside the runway has raised concerns over violations of Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) guidelines.

Aviation experts have pointed out that the main concern lies in the filming itself. The DGCA's air safety circular prohibits pilots and crew from taking photographs or videos from inside the cockpit, citing past instances where flight controls were left unattended.
