LUDHIANA: District administration on Monday said that following the Holi clash in Bihari Colony, the communities involved had reached a compromise.
This development comes a day after Union minister Giriraj Singh expressed displeasure over alleged police bias and threatened a sit-in outside the Ludhiana police commissioner Kuldeep Singh Chahal's office.
