24x7 Flood Control Rooms to be Set Up in District, Sub-division

Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Rohit Gupta announced the establishment of 24x7 Flood Control Rooms at the district administrative complex and sub-divisional levels to monitor potential flood-like situations in Ludhiana after mid-June.
LUDHIANA:
During a meeting with departments concerned, Gupta, accompanied by ADC Jagraon Kulpreet Singh, issued directives to finalize staff duty rosters for the control rooms. Senior officers will be appointed on a rotational basis to oversee operations and ensure effective monitoring.
