BLINK FREQUENTLY Blinking is a natural defence mechanism. "During Holi, fine powder colours and dust can settle on the eye surface, leading to irritation, dryness, or blurry vision. Making a conscious effort to blink frequently helps clear away the debris," shares ophthalmologist Dr Rasika.
