A three-member committee headed by joint inspector general of registration (IGR) Rajendra Muthe has held three individuals directly responsible for the ₹300crore Mundhwa land deal involving Amadea Enterprises LLP, a firm linked to Maharashtra deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar's son Parth Pawar.

- Yogesh Joshi and Nadeem Inamdar

The inquiry has named Sheetal Tejwani, Digvijay Patil and suspended sub-registrar Ravindra Taru for their roles in facilitating the sale of a prime 40-acre government-owned land parcel. However, the committee has not indicted Parth, with officials noting he is not a signatory to any of the documents related to the deal. His firm, Amedea Enterprises, though has been given seven days to respond to a notice demanding ₹42 crore in unpaid dues and cancellation of stamp duty. Parth has a.99% stake in the firm and is one of its directors.
