Hundreds sign up to have a splashing time on Boxing Day
Hartlepool Mail
|December 18, 2025
Hundreds of festive fundraisers are set to take the plunge in one of Hartlepool's biggest annual charity events this Christmas.
Registration is open now for the annual Hartlepool Round Table Boxing Day Dip at Seaton Carew.
The event is once again set to see hundreds of people from tiny tots to pensioners make a dash down the beach and splash around in the surf all for a good cause.
The festive tradition has been organised for around the last decade by the round table after taking up the mantle from the Hartlepool Lions.
It raises thousands of pounds for dippers' chosen charities and also for the round table which goes back into community causes.
