Rescue centre appeal

The Scottish SPCA have issued an appeal to animal lovers to donate both blankets and toys to their Lanarkshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

Their base, which is located in Hamilton, is on the hunt for blankets and toys for dogs and cats in their care.
As the temperature drops in the run up to winter the centre is looking to replenish its dog blankets. Staff are also looking to stock up on cat toys, which are vital for enrichment and fun.
