The Abu Dhabi Family, Civil and Administrative Cases Court obligated a man to return Dhs500,000 to another.
The defendant had deceived the victim into believing he was investing and had requested a sum of money from him on the condition that he return the sum with profit.
According to correspondence between the two, the defendant had procrastinated without justification as supported by WhatsApp conversations.
