UAE top Arab nations at Asian Youth Games

The UAE delegation concluded their participation in the third Asian Youth Games, hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain and wrapping up on Friday, with more than 5,000 athletes from 45 countries taking part. The UAE competed across 19 disciplines.

The UAE national endurance team delivered a historic clean sweep, capturing all medals in both the individual and team categories to claim a total of four medals on the final day of the Games.
Essa Rashid Al Mazrouei won the gold medal in the individual endurance competition, while Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Bastaki claimed silver, and Khalifa Rashid Al Amimi secured bronze.
The UAE national endurance team also won the gold medal in the team event, which featured Essa Rashid Al Mazrouei, Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Bastaki, Ali Abdullah Al Falasi, Rashid Abdulrahman Al Muhairi, and Khalifa Rashid Al Amimi.
