UAE sovereign wealth funds rank fourth in world

Anew report from the global sovereign wealth fund data platform reveals that Emirati sovereign wealth funds rank fourth in the world in terms of assets under management, behind only the United States, China and Japan.
The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) was revealed to be the seventh largest global fund in the report, with assets under management totalling Dhs4.33 trillion (USD 1.18 trillion).
Mubadala Investment Company is one of the world's most active sovereign wealth funds. In 2025, it invested a record Dhs120 billion (USD 32.7 billion) across 40 deals, including Dhs47.3 billion (USD 12.9 billion) in artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
