The institute was officially launched in the presence of Dr Mohamed Hesham, Medical Director & Consultant Ophthalmologist at Magrabi Health Eye Hospital, Dubai, who graced the occasion as Chief Guest, and Akbar Moideen Thumbay, Vice President - Healthcare Division, who presided over the ceremony.
