GPSSA announces 2026 pension disbursement dates

The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) announced that the date for disbursing retirement pensions for 2026 has been adjusted to align with official holidays in the UAE, aiming to ensure retirees receive their financial entitlements before holiday periods and national celebrations to meet their families' living needs.
According to the amended schedule, some pensions coinciding with official holidays will be disbursed on March 19 for March pensions, to facilitate preparations for Eid Al-Fitr. May pensions will be disbursed on May 22, before Arafat Day and Eid Al-Adha, while April pensions will be disbursed on the 24th of the same month.
February, September, and December pensions will be disbursed on the 25th of each month, GPSSA stated. January, June, and November pensions will be disbursed on the 26th of each month, and pensions for July, August, and October will be disbursed on their usual dates, the 27th of each month.
