New Dubai centre to process 10,000 visa applications a day

ADVANCED VFS GLOBAL FACILITY IN WAFI CITY COVERS 150,000 SQUARE FEET

The launch of the world's largest visa application centre in Dubai is poised to redefine the visa application experience for millions of travellers.

The Wafi City facility was launched on Monday by VFS Global, visa and consular services provider. It was inaugurated by Helal Saeed Al Marri, Director-General of Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism; Lt Gen Mohammad Ahmad Al Marri, Director-General of Dubai's General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs, and Zubin Karkaria, Founder and CEO of VFS Global Group.

Spread across nearly 150,000 square feet, the centre is equipped to process up to 10,000 visa applications per day, the highest capacity for any single location globally.
