Dubai Airports and. flydubai have signed a new Service Level Agreement at the 2025 Dubai Airshow, marking a shift toward faster and more accurate passenger-billing processes.

The deal links flydubai’s internal systems directly with Dubai Airports’ operational database and billing platform, creating a fully automated work flow that replaces thousands of PDF pages, manual checks, and long verification cycles.
