Mongolia to operate charter flights to Delhi and Amritsar

Move will expand cooperation in tourism and business sectors

Mongolia will soon connect directly to India by air, with flights to New Delhi and Amritsar expected to begin later this year - a move set to give a major push to tourism, business, and bilateral cooperation, Mongolian President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa announced yesterday.

Speaking at a joint press conference with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Ukhnaa said the initiative reflects the growing partnership between the two nations.
