Yusuffali says mall in Thrissur stuck for three years due to case filed by politician

UAE-based Indian entrepreneur M.A. Yusuffali has blamed “political interference” in Kerala for the delay in launching a mall project in his hometown of Thrissur.

Yusuffali, whose LuLu chain of malls is hugely popular across the GCC, has received a strong response from Indian markets, particularly in Kerala. The LuLu Group already operates malls in Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram, along with a mini-mall in Calicut.
