Hamdan unveils plan to boost space sector

INVESTMENTS IN SPACE INFRASTRUCTURE TO BE DOUBLED
The UAE's Supreme Space Council has approved a new strategic direction for the nation's space sector, setting targets to raise the added value of the space economy by 60 per cent.
The meeting was chaired by Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council.
